Whale Shark appearing early While diving in Sharm El Sheikh

When Jumping in from the boat to dive at Ras Bob, Adrian King had his camera ready for action, and a good job he did. Along came a whale shark approx 7 meters in length, very close to the surface. You can see the size of the shark next to our guide "The Count"

A few days later, our divers had another encounter with a Whaleshark in Jackfish Alley, down at 20 meters.

We also had a Manta Ray last week. It was at its usual spot near a local dive sight in Sharm El Sheikh.

These early sightings we feel is due to the water warming up earlier this season. In fact it never dropped that much through the winter. We are anticipating a bumper show of these plankton feeding giants, but in any case the resident colourful reef fish never disappoint.

Come and join in the diving fun.
